These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reclaim mobile and web application (the "Service"), operated by dectables ("dectables", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by dectables, trading as "Reclaim" / "BE.YOU". When you contract for access to the Service, you are contracting with dectables.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian's consent if you are between 12 and 18 and using the Service in supervised contexts.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. The Service

Reclaim is a wellness and recovery companion offering habit tracking, AI-guided coaching, relapse-risk insights, and educational content. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use and is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line such as 988 (US).

4. AI features & acceptable use

Some features use generative AI models. You acknowledge that:

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice without independent verification.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use any outputs.
You must not submit content you do not have the right to use, and you must not attempt to generate unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive content, malware, or content intended to harass or defraud others.
You must not attempt to jailbreak the model, extract system prompts, or interfere with our safety mechanisms.
We may filter, refuse, restrict, or remove outputs, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.

We retain the right to remove user-submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable law and to respond to rights-holder takedown notices. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

5. License & intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service within the plan you have selected. All software, content, branding, designs, and documentation that make up the Service remain the property of dectables and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Subscriptions, payments & trials

Paid plans (Reclaim Pro Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime) include a 7-day free trial where offered. Trials require a valid payment method and convert automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods at the then-current price until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

You materially breach these Terms;
Your payment fails or you initiate an unwarranted chargeback;
Your activity poses a security or fraud risk to the Service or other users;
You repeatedly or seriously violate our policies or applicable law.

You may cancel at any time through your account or via the Paddle customer portal. On termination your license to use the Service ends; you may export a copy of your data from the in-app backup tool for a reasonable period before deletion.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dectables' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dectables from any claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which dectables is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
